General Overview

What services does Bondzie Construction offer?

Bondzie Construction is a full-service contractor providing a broad spectrum of services, from renovating a single bathroom to remodeling an entire house. We aim to transform your vision into reality with our expert touch.

We understand the importance of time, which is why we detail every task and its estimated completion date. The timeline, along with the budget, will be clearly outlined in the contract.

While we strive to adhere to the stated timeframe, there’s an ‘Act of God Clause’ in our contracts. This means delays due to unpredictable circumstances like inclement weather are beyond our control. However, rest assured, we always aim to deliver within our stipulated time.

Payments

The payment terms, including when and how to pay, are broken down in the contract. Typically, we request a 10% deposit for materials. Subsequent payments will be based on project milestones, with the final amount due upon completion.

Permits

The necessity for permits largely depends on the project and its location. If needed, Bondzie Construction will handle the acquisition of permits, ensure all inspections are done, and guarantee everything is built to code.

Selecting a Contractor

Here are a few critical questions:

How long have you been in business?

Are you and your subcontractors fully insured?

How do you handle change orders?

How will my personal property be safeguarded during the project?

Can you share details about a similar project you’ve completed?

Yes, with years of experience, we can confidently provide answers to these and any other questions you might have. We aim to ensure a stress-free experience for our clients from start to finish.

Materials

All materials to be used will be detailed in the original contract.

Substitutions might be needed due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we’ll always provide options for an equivalent substitution and proceed only after obtaining your approval.

We usually set an allowance in the contract, specifying a range for such items. This ensures that the selections stay within the decided budget while allowing you some flexibility in choice.
