While we strive to adhere to the stated timeframe, there’s an ‘Act of God Clause’ in our contracts. This means delays due to unpredictable circumstances like inclement weather are beyond our control. However, rest assured, we always aim to deliver within our stipulated time.


The payment terms, including when and how to pay, are broken down in the contract. Typically, we request a 10% deposit for materials. Subsequent payments will be based on project milestones, with the final amount due upon completion.


The necessity for permits largely depends on the project and its location. If needed, Bondzie Construction will handle the acquisition of permits, ensure all inspections are done, and guarantee everything is built to code.
